Please note this transformer does not work with voltmeter (it will give (0) or wrong reading). To test transformer, connect it to a working puck light with a new bulb, connect the touchpad to the transformer, plug it into wall outlet, and then tap the touchpad to turn it on. DIM60-120 will not work for LED, electronic devices and motors.
